Herbert Lamont is preparing to bring “Dance for Me” to the screen with an upcoming dance-centered video shoot. The visual is currently in pre-production and will translate the record’s deep Afro-house rhythm into movement, energy, and cinematic performance.
Dance will remain at the center of the production. Freestyle performances will be combined with choreographed moments, including movement created around the song’s signature “round and round, side to side” section. The goal is to create something expressive and natural without making the performances feel overly staged.
Rather than relying on a single setup, the video will move through multiple environments and styles of dance. Each scene will offer a different interpretation of the record while remaining connected through rhythm, atmosphere, and physical movement.
The project also represents another step in Herbert Lamont’s evolution from DJ and producer to a fully developed artist brand. “Dance for Me” brings those worlds together through original music, choreography, visual storytelling, and performance.
Additional production details and release information will be announced as the video moves closer to completion.
